Fun but frustrating

I love the other two games salad and coffee shop but for the amount of levels. This one is challenging but starting at level 23 even when I dont miss a customer I dont get 3 stars. Around level 24 it will say fail even when I dont miss a customer or miss just one. It makes me want to erase it. Please look into this!!
